Sign up and have your makeup done by ALTA for your birthday! Each month ALTA will provide a birthday makeover for 2 registered birthday beauties based on requested dates (first come, first pay policy with this special promo discount). We'll come to you or you can come to the ALTA Studio for your makeover. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is due 1 day before your appointment date to reserve your date and time slot. Payments made via CashApp to ($ALittleTouch / 304.240.7432). Failure to remit the payment for the reservation deposit will result to the appointment being cancelled - no exceptions. The remainder of the $50 payment is due the day of the appointment - Cash or CashApp payment accepted. First come, first pay policy applies as usual. An email is sent to you with the confirmation status of the request (accept or reject) , the date of the appointment, time of your appointment, location address, and any other specific instructions for your appointment. Payments made via CashApp to ($ALittleTouch / 304.240.7432) is due the day before the appointment date. Failure to remit the payment on time will result to the appointment being cancelled - no exceptions.
Terms & Conditions of Birthday Slayed by ALTA
  • Must register on website using the "Birthday Slay Sign Up" form
  • All registered clients who appointments are approved will have to sign a makeover consent form the day of the appointment
  • Registration must be submitted 2 weeks prior to appointment date
  • Show valid driver's license/proof of birthday date
  • On-site location must be at a home address and/or similar setting
  • On-site location must be within 80miles radius of ALTA
  • Client must provide a 4ft (minimum) table or counter space for makeup
  • Client should allow 30mins for ALTA to setup for on-site locations
  • There are no refunds, so make sure to mark your calendar accordindly
  • Client should allow 1.5 hrs for makeup application
  • The desired makeup look will need to be decided before the appointment date
  • ALTA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to emergencies and/or acts of God
